CustomSnapbacks.com accepts most payment methods. Orders are to be paid online through our Freshbooks invoicing software unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major credit cards through our invoicing system.
Turnaround Time ( Back to Top )
Our standard turnaround time is 10-14 business days from final payment. This is the time it takes for your order to leave our facility, transit time is additional. If you have a special request or deadline, it must be agreed to before payment.
Minimums ( Back to Top )
Our minimum is 12 pieces per design. If you would like to mix & match colors, the minimum is 12 hats per color.
Artwork ( Back to Top )
We accept any form of artwork but prefer 300 dpi vector images. Our graphic designers will fix artwork for free. Artwork help is at our discretion and we may request payment before undergoing further change requests or original artwork creation.
Art Approval ( Back to Top )
Once you submit your original submission, we will send back an invoice with a link to a virtual proof. Once order is paid for, the latest update will be the final artwork. You will not be able to change artwork once an order is paid for and design is final.
Domestic Shipping ( Back to Top )
Domestic shipping is a flat rate $15 for all orders. We ship using Fedex or USPS upon our discretion. If you have any specific shipping instructions, you must contact us before final payment. Once shipping, you will receive tracking information.
International Shipping ( Back to Top )
International Shipping is flat rate $55. For International shipments, we use UPS, USPS, DHL, or Fedex depending on cost and efficiency. We do not guarantee timeframes on International deliveries. If you have a specific deadline, please email us in advance to see if we can accomodate.
Shipping Delays ( Back to Top )
CustomSnapbacks.com cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping courier or outside forces. We can only assure that we will ship on time.
International Customs and Tax ( Back to Top )
CustomSnapbacks.com is not responsible for International customs or taxes. We simply ship the package to your address and you are responsible to know your countries specific codes and regulations. We will not mark shipments as gifts nor will we falsify any documents
Cancellation and Restocking ( Back to Top )
Once your order has been paid for, you cannot cancel without penalty. Once your order goes into digitization, you cannot cancel the order.
Products Are Insufficient ( Back to Top )
99.9% of our customers are satisfied with their products. If by chance you are not satisfied, each situation will be dealt with on a circumstantial basis. We will do our best to rectify the situation.
Returns and Refunds ( Back to Top )
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If it is deemed that the products are not sufficient due to a mistake on our part, store credit will be issued.

CustomSnapbacks.com has the right to change pricing without notice. Our updated pricing will be shown openly on our website and updated pricing at time of payment will supersede any other pricing.
