  • Where are you located?
    We operate manufacturing facilities in CT & NJ and are headquartered in Boston, MA.
  • Are all hats embroidered?
    Yes, of course! We use high quality embroidery on all hats.
  • Who prepares my artwork?
    We have professional graphic artists waiting to help you make the perfect design.
  • Who does your embroidery?
    We have top notch embroidery professionals with 20+ years experience stitching our hats on top tier machines
Ordering

  • What is your minimum order?
    Our minimum order is 12 hats We would love to offer 1 hat at a time but the costs of set up & digitization are just too high.
  • Do you provide samples?
    No, we feel that our industry leading minimum of 12 is a very low barrier to entry and is as cost effective as we can get.
  • Can I pick up my hats?
    No, we operate several E-commerce websites and are not set up for walk in customers.
  • Whats up with your order form?
    We offer a great deal of customization and in order to see your full vision, we need the right information about your order.
  • Why do I have to pay $15 to submit my form?
    Fixing artwork & providing virtual proofs takes time and with the heavy traffic we get, we need to make sure we focus on our more serious clientele.
  • What if I want my deposit back?
    If you decide to purchase from us, we deduct it from your total. If you want to cancel, we refund the deposit and go our separate ways, no harm done! If you do not purchase or cancel the order within 3 months, we retain the right to keep the deposit.
  • What is a location?
    When we say location, we mean front / back / side of the hat.
Pricing

  • Is it 12 hats for $22 or $22 for 12 hats?
    Believe it or not, we get asked this question. If you find 12 custom snapbacks for $22, please let us know, we’d be interested in buying that store.
  • Do you offer bulk discounts?
    Yes, of course.
  • How do I pay?
    Once you give us final approval, you simply pay through a link on your invoice.
  • What payments do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, gold, platinum, or diamonds.
  • When do I pay?
    You make final payment once you give your final approval on the artwork.
  • Why do other companies have such high minimums?
    Making custom goods is not easy or inexpensive. This is a very labor intensive process and the margins aren’t very glamorous on 6 hats.

Products

  • Can I customize the colors of the hat?
    We offer many different color combos but if we do not offer a specific color, we cannot create a custom color hat for you.
  • What hats do you use?
    Depending on the color & our inventory we use different brands. All brands we use are made with high quality craftsmanship
  • Do you use Starter hats?
    We wish! Starter does not sell blanks..
  • Do you sell New Era?
    Yes, we have the opportunity to purchase New Era blanks and embroider on them.
  • Can I customize the tags inside of the hat?
    At this time we do not offer this service.
  • What colors do you offer?
    We have many color combos, you can find a list on the order form.
  • Can I mix and match color combos?
    Yes, we have a minimum of 12 hats per color.
  • Do you offer 3D Puff embroidery?
    Yes, we have a minimum of 24 pieces for 3D puff embroidery.
  • Can you print on the brim?
    No, just the front, back, and sides.
Artwork

  • What files do you accept?
    We accept anything from a perfect vector file to a napkin drawing.
  • Will you fix my artwork?
    Yes, we give each customer special attention and work directly with you in order to make your vision a reality.
  • What is the max logo dimensions?
    The max size is 6.5″ wide by 2.25″ high, which is basically the full font of the hat.
  • Can I explain my hat or do I need a logo?
    On the order form we allow you to explain your vision in detail and our graphic artists will take it from there.
  • Can I use a copyrighted design?
    No, of course not.
  • How do I get you my artwork?
    There is a simple file upload feature on our order form, along with room for an explanation and special instructions.
Shipping

  • How much is shipping?
    Depends on quantity of hats purchased and shipping destination. 6 hats in the USA is $12 and international averages around $45. You will receive a custom quote.
  • Do you ship to my country?
    We ship anywhere the post office delivers mail to.
  • Who pays customs taxes?
    We solely ship the product you bought. It is up to you to know about your Countries specific importing, customs, and VAT taxes. Customer is 100% responsible for all customs fees & taxes.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    We ship from either our Connecticut / New Jersey facility within 10-14 business days of final payment.
  • Can you rush my order?
    Maybe. Give us a holler and we’ll try to make it work for you.
  • What courier do you use?
    Depending on the quantity and destination we will use USPS or Fedex.
