Our story is similar to how most good stories begin, someone got pissed off and decided to do something about it. Back in 2009 our founder, a serial entrepreneur, was looking to launch a clothing brand with a partner. They had it all; stickers, tees, polos, etc. The one missing piece was custom hats!

After extensive research and numerous phone calls, he painfully learned that most embroidery shops out there only focus on large orders and corporate clients. They didn’t have deep pockets, nor did we need 1,000 hats to start!

Needless to say the clothing brand never launched and our founder set out to get payback on the custom hat & embroidery industry. He studied digitization & learned where the bottlenecks are that cause these other guys to only deal with orders in the hundreds. It took time but he finally came up with a way to offer high quality embroidery services to everyone, not only corporate clients.

CustomSnapbacks.com was launched & the industry has not been the same since. While only a select few shops around the country offer 3D Puff embroidery, our company offers it on as little as 24 piece orders and makes it NO extra cost. That is just one change we’ve made to this age old industry.
